The Verizon One integrates a DSL modem, 802.11g wireless router, 5.8 Ghz cordless phone, color-touch screen, Super Pages features and more. It is one of this year’s recipients of a Frost and Sullivan Product Innovation Award and will be featured this weekend at the Digital Life Expo, a consumer electronics show in New York City.

SBC Communications and Yahoo! on Wednesday announced the availability of the new Music Unlimited service, providing virtually unlimited music downloads for as low as $4.99 per month.

Verizon is set to begin offering a lower-bandwidth DSL package at $14.95. With bandwidth at 768k/128k, it’s intended to draw subscribers away from dialup.

BellSouth expects to continue reselling DSL lines to competing Internet service providers after an FCC ruling which states that broadband providers do not have to resell their capacity to other carriers.

BellSouth announced simplified pricing for its FastAccess DSL product beginning Sunday. Pricing has been reduced to a three-tier system with a la carte add-ons available.
