$10,000 reward established in shooting of Qwest repair worker

On September 6, Steve Pawlowski, 52, of Maple Grove, Minn., was shot twice in what police say was an apparent robbery. A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter.
